Store Policy

Please bring the CURRENT vaccination card when you check in your pet, and make sure the vaccination record (specially Rabies vaccination) is not expired. We value the time of both our groomers and clients. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. Otherwise, a fee $25 will be charged to your account.

Pet Health/Allergies: Before receiving grooming services, make sure your pet is in good health. If your pet has any health issues or chronic illnesses, or Some pets may have skin sensitivities/allergies to grooming products or tools, please let our groomers know in advance. We will do our best to provide appropriate care, please remember to bring the latest pet vaccination record information when you check in your pet at the store.

Grooming Process/Pet Behavior: Our groomers ensure your pet’s grooming process is safe and comfortable. However, due to individual pet's differences and unpredictable behavior, unexpected situations may occur. We will do our best to avoid any injury, but we are not responsible for any accidental injury during any grooming procedure. If your pet behaves aggressively or disobeys commands, we may not be able to provide services. We reserve the right to refuse service due to safety issues.


Pet owner staying policy: A pet owner is allowed to stay at the store during the grooming process for no more than 15 minutes. If there is a special request for a longer stay at the store, please communicate with our groomers in advance.


Photo and Video permission: We may take a photo(s) or a Video (s) of your pet while your pet is receiving our services and you hereby grant NiuNiu Magic SPA&GROOMING the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to publish, distribute, adapt, modify, or otherwise use the Photos, or any portion thereof, in any manner for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without notice to you or your review or approval.


No-show customer/Cancellation policy: No-show customers will be charged $25 and we will send an invoice amount of $25 to you. You need to pay off your account balance when you reschedule your pet appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 48 hours ahead.


Delay in pick-up time: We can allow you 30 minutes of delay in picking up your pet without charge; however, we will charge you if the delay is more than 30 minutes. After 30 mins of delay, we will charge you $10 for every 30 mins delay in picking up your pet.
